Nick Lyons did an excellent job in finding exactly the house I was looking for. I wanted Mid Century Modern on Paris Mountain and I wanted it to be turn-key. He came through with the perfect house, and we closed in under a month because of how quickly he lined up home inspectors, ect. I was grateful for Nick. I worked closely with him, he calls and answers every time a situation came about. He put fires out as fast as it was set. He is always looking out for your best interest. I love the drive and effort he put forward in two house sales I worked with him on. I love he listens to what you want looking for the home you want. That inself was exceptional. The new home we wanted was more than we requested. Thank you Nick for going the extra 100 miles.
