In 2018 my husband and I bought our first home and unfortunately did not know Karen at the time. We lost upwards of 10 offers on homes in the Augusta road area before we gave up and settled on a location we weren't completely happy with. Fast forward to 2022 (in the most insane market) - we knew if we wanted to land our dream home in our desired neighborhood - Karen would make it happen. If you want an agent that knows everyone and everything about Greenville, don't make the mistake and go with anyone else. Because of Karen's real estate knowledge, experience, and connections we are now in our dream home and couldn't be more thankful! As we were buying our dream home, multiple friends were attempting to get into the same area and experienced loss after loss - I'm certain it is because they didn't go with Karen. If you want an honest, hard-working, caring, agent that feels like family - you need Karen. I am happy to say we have gained a life-long friend and love her like family!

Karen went above and beyond the entire time while helping us sell our home as well as purchase a new one. Her negotiation and communication skills are the best in the business. They really came in handy when discussing offers given todays real estate market. We would not have gotten the house we wanted if it were not for her. She was available around the clock, extremely professional, and provided us with such insightful advice…..I would HIGHLY recommend Karen and plan on using her for years to come.

We can truly say that working with Karen was an absolute pleasure! Karen has a rare combination of professionalism, knowledge of the local market, excellent communication skills, high energy and an engaging personality. Karen works hard for her clients, listens to their needs, and is very responsive. She is solution-oriented and does not shy away from addressing and solving the challenging or difficult issues that can arise during real estate transactions. Karen's joie de vivre and high energy make her real estate transactions most enjoyable and fun. Home purchasing decisions can be difficult, but Karen's experience and knowledge of the real estate market in and around Greenville is nonpareil. She listens and focuses on the buyer or seller's exact requirements. She expedites all transactions with perfect execution. With Karen we have completed four real estate transactions in five years. All four went perfectly and precisely as scheduled. If you are buying or selling a home, you need not to look further than Karen Turpin. I am a repeat client and that says a lot about Karen. She is knowledgable in every aspect of a home including a good knowledge of building construction. She works hard and is excellent in responding after a house is shown and her follow up leaves no stone unturned. Karen knows the real estate market and will call on her many Greenville contacts should she need additional information. Simply put, she is the best.

I have worked with Karen on several real estate deals, and I have decided to use no one else. She is very responsive to my enquiries, knows Greenville real estate as well as anyone can know it, and works hard to get you the best possible price for your property (whether buying or selling). Karen Turpin is the most competent, caring and honest real estate professional I have encountered. When my wife died suddenly and unexpectedly and I decided to move to a maintenance-provided facility, she not only recommended the perfect one but also managed the sale of my home. She found the ideal buyer couple and managed the sale such that I was able to close on the day I moved to my new continuing care community. All of this was accomplished before the house was to be listed the following month!

Very, very optimistic and personable with the capability of relating to many different personalities and attendant expectations. Karen has an in depth knowledge of local real estate with multiple contacts throughout the financing, building and renovation communities which all hold her in high esteem.We have used Karen's expertise on a number of different properties and projects.
