It was a WONDERFUL experience working with Charlotte on our recent property purchase. Her expertise and knowledge are exceptional! She kept us informed, promptly responding to every email or text. She listened to what we wanted, and when we were comfortable with making an offer, the process was seamless. Her clients or more than clients, they become friends. There aren’t enough words of praise and thanks we can give Charlotte for her help selling our family home. Through the whole process is was obvious she genuinely cares about her clients, and although many say they will go above and beyond, Charlotte truly does. She was invaluable in helping to upkeep the house while it was on the market since we live across the country – even going over and blowing leaves! Charlotte also has a great network of contacts, and helped us arrange manage last minute repairs and cleaning and helped coordinate since we couldn’t be there. Not only is she kind and compassionate, but she is attentive, motivated, professional, and savvy in the market. She knows what she’s doing and is passionate about what she does. She was super prompt with communication, and she really makes herself available for anything that comes up, at any time.If you’re buying or selling and want an agent who will go all out for you, we would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone. She is exceptional and works diligently for you with heart.

We began working with Charlotte almost five years ago when we purchased a home. Charlotte was professional, prepared, always willing and able to work with our schedule to view homes. A couple of months ago, we started casually looking for a new home. After being out of touch with Charlotte for a few years, we contacted her on a Friday evening requesting to view a home. She arranged for us to view the home the very next morning. When we met her at the home, it was very clear that she had already done extensive due diligence on the property and was able to answer any questions that we had. We loved the home and decided to make and offer. Charlotte's guidance and assistance was crucial to forming and submitting a competitive offer that was accepted in what is currently a very "hot" real estate market. After the offer was accepted we continued to appreciate Charlotte's assistance in working out the details and arranging the closing. In short, we have been very impressed by Charlotte's professionalism, punctuality, ease of communication, availability, and most importantly, her work ethic. She will do what it takes to get the job done. We are now pleased to be working with her to list our old home as well as a vacant lot. Thank you Charlotte!

Charlotte was a pleasure to work with. My situation was a bit challenging in that I reside in the Northeast and was looking to relocate to SC to be closer to family. I was not 100% sure of what I was even looking for in a new home. I flew down to SC and had 5 days in which to hopefully find a home. The work and planning that Charlotte put in prior to my arrival was evident. She had schedules and spread sheets prepared and in place and we hit the ground running. She was never overbearing and was there every step of the way. She had great insight of today's difficult market and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. With her help, I was able to realize what I really wanted and proceed accordingly. I'm looking forward to my move!

Charlotte was excellent in helping us find our home! We ended up with a gorgeous new construction in an area we didn't even know about. After the first day of showing us houses she was quick to know what we liked and needed in a home. Even with this hot market, she was able to help us make several offers that were strong while keeping our best interest in mind. Charlotte was very easy to contact and followed up quickly whenever we had questions. If she didn't have the answer in the moment, she was very quick to find an answer for us. We absolutely love our home and if we end up needing something different, we wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her again. You won't regret having Charlotte find your home!

Working with Charlotte was absolutely a great experience! We had a unique experience working with Charlotte, because we were moving from Wisconsin to South Carolina. From our first meeting in April to when we actually moved to Greenville in August, Charlotte did a great job of getting to know us (mostly virtually), and she did a great job tailoring searches for us based on our preferences. Charlotte is a great listener and always wanted to know what we liked or didn't like about properties, and she utilized that feedback to really focus her search for us on properties that appealed to what we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable on the Greenville metro area, and really took the time to understand our needs and wants. Not only does Charlotte know the communities well, but she has an extremely good understanding of individual subdivisions and was quickly able to point us in the right direction on where to look to find our next home. Charlotte also has a great network of connections (lenders, insurance contacts, and inspectors), and she made the process start to finish a breeze. Lastly, Charlotte is extremely responsive, and will go out of her way to help in any way she can. I would highly recommend working with Charlotte, because she genuinely cares about her clients and doesn't just push properties. Simply put, she will not stop looking until she finds you your dream home!

Charlott is one of the intelligent people who work perfectly for her customers. She takes care the customers diligently by hearing what the customers need and what they love. She always meet with us on exact time. She found a perfect house for us within two weeks. Charlotte is one of rare people that love her customers. Absolutely professional in every way!! Kind and considerate! Extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Charlotte to any one as an agent. I have used her expertise now for 3 different homes.
