We recently had the pleasure of working with Lora, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Throughout the entire process, she was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth and successful transaction.

From start to finish, Lora Pfohl was an outstanding agent! She knew the market well (Taylors, S. C.) and crafted an effective sales strategy for our property. Her suggested upgrades to the house were carefully chosen to give the house an extra “pop,” all of which benefited the final sale price -- and perhaps even the length of time the house was on the market (less than 48 hours!). Additionally, she was consistently in communication with me regarding repairs, upgrades, and offers, which was a plus since I live out-of-state. Hardworking and efficient, I give Lora Pfohl my highest recommendation.

She’s very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so I would understand considering I am 82 and was doing this on my own having recently losing my husband. Lora was AMAZING! We were first time buyers in a new state and an extremely crazy market. She helped us with all our questions and she really took her time to answer anything. When we were getting ready to move from Illinois to South Carolina, we contacted an agent at Marchant Real Estate that a friend had recommended. She was getting ready to leave on a mission trip, so she introduced us to her team mate, Lora Pfohl. Lora did the first showing for us using FaceTime. We were then able to come to SC for a few days to look at houses in person. In spite of surgery, and having to quarantine with Covid, Lora was always on top of things. When she couldn't be at a showing, she arranged for other co-workers to take her place. Lora was always upbeat, and never seemed flustered by some challenges along the way. She patiently answered any questions we had throughout the process. I would highly recommend Lora if you are needing a good real estate agent.

Very friendly and patient. Knows her stuff!! She makes sure she gets to know what you are looking for and your needs when assisting you with finding your new home. It's been over two years since I purchased my home and she still keeps in touch via cards and e-mails.She also helped with the sale of my previous home and it was all handled professionally and smoothly.

There are no words to describe the excellent service Lora provided to me. My dad passed away the previous December and it was time to sell his home of 34 years. It was a very emotionally difficult time. Lora helped me every step of the way and went above and beyond. She was very helpful, knowledgable, detail-oriented and emotionally supportive. I joked that she became my therapist, too. With every bump in the selling process, she was there to guide me through it. In the end, we recieved multiple offers above asking...AND found the perfect budding family to give dad's home new life and purpose.Even after my dad's house sold, Lora continued to blow me away. She showed up at my house with a custom painting that she had commissioned. It was in honor of my dad and his love for cycling.I'm so thankful for Lora and everything she did for me. I highly recommend her as your realtor.

When you want the best, don't settle for less. Call Lora! After dealing with a number of different realtors over the years, I can honestly say that Lora was a godsend 2 years ago when looking to buy in the Upstate. She is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, personable, honest, and takes the time to do what she does best- help you. We had a great buying experience with Lora, and will call her with any further assistance when we decide another move is in our future. Lora has helped us buy two homes and has been absolutely fantastic. You may think you are picky, but no one is pickier than we were. Lora showed us home after home after home after home. We have had realtors give up on us in the past, but not Lora. She stuck by us. She never complained. She just worked to help us. Anything we needed, she provided plus some. I hope I never move again, but if I do, Lora will be who I call.
