We first met Pam when we purchased our home in 2020, she did a wonderful job for us as buyers. We decided to move back to our hometown in Illinois and she was the first person we thought of when we decided to sell. She is very thorough,, communicates well, and is a good negotiator. She was able to get 3 bids on our home on the first day it was listed, and then counseled us on the offer/acceptance. We would recommend her to our friends and family. You can't go wrong with her in your corner!

Pam went above and beyond on this one and would highly recommend using her and the folks she works with for a smooth stress free no drama closing. After not finding any rentals I decided to buy and she helped me find a place that fit all my needs. I was very picky and she not only stuck with me but had such a great attitude and always found the things i needed. Tremendous! Her attention to detail was a breath of fresh air. I’ve worked with several realtors over the years but even the best of those do not measure up with the knowledge, dedication, kindness, and especially the caring I received from Pam Moore in the search for my forever home this past spring when the market was very competitive and homes were selling in one day.If I reached out to her with a new listing that interested me or she found one she thought was right for me she arranged her schedule so I saw it with her that same day.Even the morning of a day she was leaving for an overnight trip!In addition, being a NJ transplant I relied on Pam to guide me to neighborhoods that would fit my needs and she is the best at that!When I was getting to the point of settling just to end my search Pam wouldn’t let me.She continued the search and waited until we both found the perfect home for me.I moved in over the summer and I’m very happy here.It’s a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood with great neighbors.Thank you Pam Moore!

If you’re looking for a realtor that knows their stuff, Pam Is the one! She will keep you up to speed on this fluctuating market. Pam is a relentless worker who placed our need to sell our townhouse at a maximum price as her top priority! Pam not only oversaw the staging process from start to finish, but she also actively organized multiple open houses with agents and local residents. In so doing, since we were not local, Pam personally freshened up our landscape, did minor door caulking, and changed light bulbs - amazing!

Since we closed on our beautiful home in September 2021, I’ve been trying to find the right words to best describe our amazing realtor, Pamela Moore. She went above and beyond our expectations!She’s kind hearted, trustworthy, dependable, loyal and a expert at what she does. Moving from Florida to South Carolina and not knowing where to start or what to do, Pam immediately put our mind at ease. She is so well rounded in the industry and have a wonderful relationship with everyone. Our trust and confidence in her ability allowed us to do everything virtually until the final walkthrough and closing. We’re so thankful and appreciative for Pam and all she done in making our dream a reality. She is definitely a go to person if you’re in need of a realtor. I’ll recommend her 100 times over!

To sum this up for you: Pam is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable, and incredible people you’ll ever meet. She is limitlessly intelligent, constantly adjusting different variables every time we toured a home. Pam is always picking up on cues from my reactions to different aspects of each house we looked at, while noting everything down so we can subsequently discuss and modify our search criteria accordingly. Pam will always be there for you, and I’ve never met a more proactive person. She will always tell you the truth. To her, it’s about YOU and you finding your dream home. This might sound cliché and is typically the first selling point the archetypal realtor might portray of him or herself, but I’ve experienced this personally and I can tell you that Pam truly wants you to find the best home for you, no matter how long it takes. In one instance, due to my personal short timeline and my internal panic mode kicking it, I came close to making an offer on a property I knew was subpar. Pam worked her magic and displayed her personable skills to full extent by helping me draw the complete picture of my proposed decision while remaining completely neutral; this is not an easy thing to do. As a naive first time home buyer, I was worried about finding a good, honest realtor who can help me throughout the entire home buying process. Pam has exceeded every expectation of mine in every single way. She has abstracted all the complexities in this radically congested sellers’ market and turned it into a fun, easy home buying experience. I will forever be grateful to have met Pam, and I highly recommend you choose her as your guide and representative for your next home buying/selling pursuits.
