After spending 16 years living in Jackson, WY, she returned to Greenville in 2016. She entered the real estate industry with 5 years of experience in retail grocery ownership and 9 years of experience in owning and operating a residential construction company. Pam was everything we could have wished for in a realtor! She was incredibly responsive and accessible (on any day of the week), attentive, honest, and amazingly patient. Throughout the way, my husband and I felt Pam was willing to go the extra mile for us, tour houses with us on short notice, and provide additional information and tips from her personal and professional experience. Given it was our first house and especially coming from a different country, the house purchase process seemed intimidating, overwhelming, and unknown. That said, Pam made it much easier to handle and even pleasant. Pam was 100% dedicated to us, we felt she put us first, and that we could fully trust her to help us find our dream home. We can't recommend enough!

Pam was fantastic. We really enjoyed working with her. It took us a while to find a house that would suit our needs but Pam was there every step along the way. She was very responsive to our numerous phone calls and texts, and most importantly she was always honest if she thought that a house would not be a good fit. I highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone that’s looking to purchase a house in the Grenville area.

We first met Pam when we purchased our home in 2020, she did a wonderful job for us as buyers. We decided to move back to our hometown in Illinois and she was the first person we thought of when we decided to sell. She is very thorough,, communicates well, and is a good negotiator. She was able to get 3 bids on our home on the first day it was listed, and then counseled us on the offer/acceptance. We would recommend her to our friends and family. You can't go wrong with her in your corner!

I’ve worked with several realtors over the years but even the best of those do not measure up with the knowledge, dedication, kindness, and especially the caring I received from Pam Moore in the search for my forever home this past spring when the market was very competitive and homes were selling in one day.If I reached out to her with a new listing that interested me or she found one she thought was right for me she arranged her schedule so I saw it with her that same day.Even the morning of a day she was leaving for an overnight trip!In addition, being a NJ transplant I relied on Pam to guide me to neighborhoods that would fit my needs and she is the best at that!When I was getting to the point of settling just to end my search Pam wouldn’t let me.She continued the search and waited until we both found the perfect home for me.I moved in over the summer and I’m very happy here.It’s a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood with great neighbors.Thank you Pam Moore!

Excellent! This was my experience with Pam, both buying and selling residences here in Greenville earlier this year. She actually performed as a project or operations manager, driving all the activities that are required to be done on the timeline to close the sale. On that timeline there are always unexpected barriers - Pam overcomes them all. Most importantly, I think, she kept in very good communications with me and the other numerous players involved in a real estate transaction.
