Anne H. Marchant

Anne Marchant strives to provide professional assistance to her clients so they can achieve the best results when buying, selling, or renting a home. With legal negotiating experience in her past, she can negotiate really good contracts for her buyers/sellers using the highest standards of honesty and integrity. Anne is in her 15th year with Marchant Real Estate where she works on a team (Home Scouts) along with her son, Brian Marchant, and his chocolate lab, Scout. Anne is also a member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® and the Multiple Listing Service. She is a graduate of Furman University, is married to Seabrook (our Broker-in-Charge) and they have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. In addition to real estate, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and attending all their sporting events. piano recitals, etc.
