In the past five years, Valerie and Chuck Miller sold two of our Greenville County homes in two days for the asking price or more. Even though one can never predict how long a house will be on the market, Valerie and Chuck know the marketplace so well that they see a home with buyers’ eyes.Even though the first sale Valerie and Chuck managed for us included some necessary upgrades, it sold for more than the asking price.The second was an almost unbelievable experience. We decided to move to an out-of-state Senior Living residence. Instead of remaining in the community to prepare our house for showings, Valerie suggested we move immediately and coordinated house cleaners, a stager, and other services. We have limited space in our new home, so Valerie implemented an estate sale after our house was sold but before the closing. Those were the broad strokes. What is difficult to define is how generously Valerie and Chuck gave of their time to ensure our house met the buyer’s needs - and ours.In our decades of buying and selling homes, we’ve never experienced the care, expertise, and integrity provided by Valerie and Chuck Miller. Valerie and Chuck Miller were completely professional and responsive throughout our home-buying experience. Our introduction to The Millers started when our son said, "I know someone." That comment led us to The Millers. Little did we know that the theme would be repeated throughout, as Mr. Miller would occasionally say, upon request, "Well, I know someone (who can help you with that)." We now own a home in Greenville, South Carolina, and we thank them for their expertise, and their personalization of the process. We look forward to being in Greenville very soon, and we look forward to seeing them "around town" as neighbors. Thank you!

We were first time home buyers, and this market is not friendly to us at all. It was a very stressful journey, and we had to change and adapt fast in order to buy a house. We were very lucky to have Valerie and her team guide us through the whole process. They are all experts with decades of experience in the Greenville housing market.Whenever we wanted to tour a house, Valerie or Chuck would respond within one hour and the next thing we know, we would be in the house on the same day. Valerie was also never afraid of being honest with us, and share with us her real estate expertise. We learnt so much more then just about buying a house, she taught us how to see the true value of a house, how to negotiate and more! Without her help, we could have never bought the dream house we are in now. It can definitely be a scary time for buyers right now, being with Valerie from the beginning was absolutely the smartest move we made in our house-buying process. They are the type of realtors who you will want to keep in contact with once the process is over, and we can not thank them enough for their help.
