ThThe absolute best real estate agent and all-around terrific human being I have ever worked with is Valerie Miller. Valerie and her equally outstanding husband at her side, Chuck, focus on the Upstate South Carolina area of Greenville.Since moving to Greenville more than ten 10 years ago, my wife, Jane, and I have had the pleasure of working with Valerie in four real estate transactions. With each transaction Valerie was always the smartest [and nicest person] in the room as she navigated us through these often complicated and exhausting transactions. Each time she took the burden off of our shoulders and did all the hard work of each transaction. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the merchant company. Valerie and Chuck went above and beyond to not only sell our house in a short amount of time but for more than we believed we would get on our house. They helped set us up with anyone we needed to talk to for repairs while also calling them themselves. They made a very stressful process easy on us and I will forever be thankful!

We wanted to move to Greenville to retire, moving from NY. Valerie was recommended by a friend. We didn't really know much about Greenville and the various areas that would be good for us to live. Valerie took the time and no pressure effort to make sure we saw the possibilities and then begin our long -distance search. She helped us find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood for us. Since then, she has helped my daughter, son and good friends with homes here. She is very well informed and professional! I recommend her highly and appreciate her friendship.

Valerie and Chuck Miller did a fantastic job selling my first home, so when I decided to sell my condo, I naturally turned to them again. Their professionalism, expert knowledge, experience, and hard work have brought me a valuable return on both sales. If that were all, it would be enough for a 5-star review, but they went far, far above my grandest expectations. They were in constant communication with me - emailing, texting, or telephoning me so I could make informed decisions about the asking price, presentation of my home, and any problems that might arise. But over and above their excellence, Valerie and Chuck exhibit a level of patience, kindness, warmth and caring that is truly extraordinary. They even helped me with problems that were not strictly a realtor's responsibility, such as moving my washer and dryer to storage for me. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who is planning to sell their home and is looking for a great team of realtors.

Valerie made our interstate move so easy, and our condo sold immediately on the first day at top dollar. She handled house cleaners and rug cleaners so that we did not have to stay in an empty house to meet them. All contacts online went smoothly with her easy-to-use, top-of-the-line computer interface. We were informed instantly of all aspects of the showing, contract details, offers, and sale. And her firm’s staging of our empty condo, combined with the highest level of Zillow technology for the photographs, 3-D tours and virtual staging, was state-of-the-art. We were miles away in another state during the entire process, and Valerie even handled a last-minute unexpected problem by working with our HOA to coordinate an unanticipated minor repair for which it was responsable. Valerie was recommended to us by friends who were happy with their house sale. We would recommend her to everybody! Thanks, Valerie!

Valerie and her team have been our real estate agents through many home purchases and closings. I wouldn't even consider choosing anyone else. From day 1 her responsiveness is impeccable and conveys trustworthiness through the inevitable twists and turns of real estate. In our most recent sell, we had an unusual amount of unpredictable scenarios (none having to do with Valerie & team) and she and Chuck went above and beyond to help us meet our goals. Anytime anyone asks me for an agent recommendation- that they can trust to stand by them and their home purchase, it's always Valerie Miller.

In the past five years, Valerie and Chuck Miller sold two of our Greenville County homes in two days for the asking price or more. Even though one can never predict how long a house will be on the market, Valerie and Chuck know the marketplace so well that they see a home with buyers’ eyes.Even though the first sale Valerie and Chuck managed for us included some necessary upgrades, it sold for more than the asking price.The second was an almost unbelievable experience. We decided to move to an out-of-state Senior Living residence. Instead of remaining in the community to prepare our house for showings, Valerie suggested we move immediately and coordinated house cleaners, a stager, and other services. We have limited space in our new home, so Valerie implemented an estate sale after our house was sold but before the closing. Those were the broad strokes. What is difficult to define is how generously Valerie and Chuck gave of their time to ensure our house met the buyer’s needs - and ours.In our decades of buying and selling homes, we’ve never experienced the care, expertise, and integrity provided by Valerie and Chuck Miller.
