Seabrook Marchant, a lifelong resident of Greenville and graduate of Clemson University, has dedicated most of his career to the real estate business and helping clients achieve their home-buying and selling dreams. In September 2020, Seabrook was awarded The Order of the Palmetto, the state’s highest civilian honor awarded to citizens of South Carolina for extraordinary lifetime service and achievements, by South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster at the 6th Annual LEAD Greenville event. After two years of active duty with the US Army, Seabrook founded Marchant Real Estate in 1993. Awards and notable roles include: President of both the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, Greenville Multiple Listing Service, 1981 REALTOR® of the Year, Secretary and Treasurer of The South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, Chairman of The South Carolina REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), and “REALTOR® Emeritus” by NAR in 2009.
