Jamie Ouzts

Jamie is an Upstate native and former resident of the North Main area of Greenville with 17 years of real estate experience. Prior to Marchant Real Estate, he was a principal with a top producing real estate group in the Upstate where he consistently performed in the top 5% of the company. Jamie has worked to hone his skills to obtain ideal results for his clients through contract negotiations, focused real estate searches, and strategic partnerships with lenders and attorneys. He understands the Upstate’s market trends, which allows him to find the right neighborhood for each of his clients. Jamie invests his time and resources to ensure his clients are making sound real estate decisions. He is a 2020 Marchant Real Estate President's Circle Award recipient, a board member for the Belton Tennis Association, and former assistant coach for Greenville Little League. Jamie and his wife reside in Belton with their two children and enjoy rooting for their South Caroline Gamecocks and Furman Paladins. Jamie considers himself an avid duck hunter and loves traveling as well as spending time with family.
