Brian Marchant

Brian was born and raised in Greenville, SC and is a 1995 graduate of Wofford College with a B.A. in Economics. He also graduated from the Wyatt School of Real Estate in Greenville, SC.  He has been in the real estate business since 1996.  Brian is on a team(Home Scouts) along with his mother, Anne Marchant, and his chocolate lab, Scout, as they work to make their clients’ dreams a reality.

Brian is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®, Multiple Listing Service, and Buncombe Street United Methodist Church. He was inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame at Christ Church Episcopal School in 2003 for both tennis and basketball. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Brian has an 12-year-old son named Parker. He is a member of the Greenville Country Club and enjoys playing golf and tennis. He spends lots of time watching Parker play baseball, tennis, and basketball. He also enjoys participating on host committees to raise money for local charities.
