Lydia began working in the Real Estate industry in 2001 as an account executive for The Homes section at The Greenville News. She also worked with The Greenville Journal in the launch of their “Friday Homes Report” (now “Journal Homes”) in 2004. With the knowledge obtained in marketing Upstate area homes, she made the transition to become a licensed agent in 2012 and now works with buyers and sellers. Lydia is married to a custom luxury homebuilder, who designs and builds beautiful upstate homes and estates. “Our careers go hand and hand and we continue to learn more about the market and homes through each other's expertise.”

Lydia was an excellent realtor when we sold our house. She came prepared for our initial consultation with ideas for our house and what it could sell for. She spent an hour with us on our initial meeting before we even said we would use her as our realtor. This showed us that she really cared about us and wanted to list our house at the best possible price for our neighborhood and the market. Our house sold within 36 hours. Lydia was available to answer any questions we had and was such a blessing to have as a resource during that transition!

The entire home purchasing process was a wonderful experience for my wife and me. Lydia excels at providing the complete real estate transaction (determining our needs and wants, showing properties meeting our criteria, completing necessary forms and advising about settlement procedures). Lydia is an amazing realtor that cares about her clients as much as she cares about making a sale. From start to finish, she made sure that we knew exactly what was going on in the selling of our home and the purchasing of our new home 6 months later. She also helped us secure a rental place for the in between time. She is very knowledgeable about the current market and sold our house in 4 days for much more than anticipated. In the purchasing process, she secured a contract for us against another exact price offer because of her intuition and strategic thinking. Lydia brought a lot of experience, personality and knowledge to the table toHelp us sell our home. She took the stress away from the process and was quick to keep us informed each step of the way. Professional booklets with photos of our property were utilized to mark and get the ball rolling on perspective buyers. I highly recommend her!
