Community Involvement

Since Marchant Real Estate’s founding in 1993, service to the community has been a cornerstone and defining feature of our firm. Seabrook Marchant instilled service as a core value after his own experience with The Army ignited a lifelong passion for giving back.

We are passionate about serving our community, particularly the men and women in law enforcement, our veterans, our children and their education, and those among us who are less fortunate.

LEAD Upstate Law Enforcement Appreciation Day

Marchant Real Estate focuses its community outreach on law enforcement and first responders through LEAD Upstate Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, a 501(c)3 nonprofit entity founded by Seabrook Marchant in 2017. Through this event, hundreds of men and women in uniform are honored and recognized for their service each year.

Veteran Support

Marchant Real Estate provides services and support to veterans through our partnership with Upstate Warrior Solution, where we have an office and agent on duty. Our veteran division is led by Celeste Purdie, a Certified Military Relocation Professional, who uses her own service background to help fellow veterans navigate the VA home loan program. Our Greater Community

Through our agent population, we are extremely active volunteers and leaders for various organizations throughout the Upstate. As a firm, we regularly partner with Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Homes of Hope, United Way, the YMCA of Greenville, Upstate Warrior Solution, My Neighbor’s Voice, and more.
